Who we are

Lawu Media is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect and why

When you send a brief, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us, such as a phone number, company, profile link, budget, timing and message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to set up the project.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Your browser stores one setting on your own device, whether you paused the motion on the home page, and it is never sent to us.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered to us through a form-processing service, and the website is served by a hosting provider. They process the information only to deliver it to us. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the contact details on our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
